  1. Looking for a 'like new' medium sized Mountain Hardwear Torch jacket. Email me at: 'grahamcindy at mac dot com' with your price and pics, thanks, Graham.
  2. Has anyone climbed the north ridge route this month(May)? Four of us will be there to attempt the route beginning Wed May 28th and we're wondering what condition the crevasses and route are, thanks.
  3. In late May my group is climbing Mt. Baker's North Ridge (which we have GPS waypoints for) and descending via Coleman/Deming (waypoints which we need). We're also climbing Shuksan's North Face (which we have GPS waypoints for) and undecided about the descent route. If anyone could possibly forward me GPS waypoints for the Coleman/Deming route on Baker as well as a easy/moderate descent route close to the North Face on Shuksan, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
  4. If you happen to have one kicking around, please let me know your price. Thanks.
  5. Used but in great condition: (1) Thermarest Trail Regular self inflating sleeping pad - retails $74.95 - sell for $35 and (1) 3/4 length - sell for $25 - no holes, scuffs, or stains.
  6. I'm considering buying this expedition pack and actually tried one on last night at REI. Fit real nice but I'm concerned about the lack of horizontal side straps to hold pickets and wands. I'd love to hear from anyone with experience using this pack for expedition climbs.

  8. Regarding the Denali Pro, I've read many reviews indicating there is too many straps, the sleeping bag compartment is too small and the zippers can fail. Not sure if these issues have addressed with the '07/'08 models.
  9. I don't know much about McHale packs other than they cost a ton. I too am 5-10. Which model do you own? Thanks.
  10. I'm in the market to replace my Bora 80 pack with a 6000+ cu in expedition backpack to use on longer winter trips. Your opinions on good comfortable packs appreciated, thanks.
