Climbing Competition: March 10th The SRC Climbing Wall Staff would like to invite you to compete in our upcoming bouldering competition: "Grab Life by the Walls". Who: Open to anyone would wants to test their vertical abilities What: Bouldering Comp with two divisions, recreational (VB-V3) and advanced (V4 and Up) divisions for both men and women When: Saturday, March 10 @ 1:00 PM Where: WWU Wade King Student Recreation Center Why: Because WWU Climbing Rocks, free t-shirt and goodie bags and a chance to win sick prizes Cost: $10 before March 1st or $13 after March 1st. Backcountry Essentails is a new outdoor gear store located in bellingham, wa. we specialize in climbing gear (alpine,ice,rock), backpacking gear, and backcountry ski gear (tele,rando). we also buy and sell used gear. we opened our doors in late may of 2006. we are new to cascade climbers and are hoping to get our name out in the area as many ways as possible. i myself like to check out cascadeclimbers for route and conditions updates and figured that this would be a great venue to advertise what's going on in our store.
