  1. Lambone,

    Thanks for your input-

I just walked by to check the latest. I hope this continues tomarrow with input from the people "in the know" and you are right, I hope mattp does clean this up! I want to stay informed on facts and not hear say. If there are infact posts from SAR folks I want to read them as they come in. If there are posts from people who actually know the mountain, I want to read them.

To all who can not contribute in a knowledgable and informative manner, just set back and observe, then go else where on a new or other thread to voice your opinions. Thank you

  2. I need to say tha this has been theraputic for me. It is difficult to set back this last week and watch this unfold when you would like to help in some way. You need to know your limitations and I do not know about hood to volunteer with SAR. This has been very easy to get really emotionally involved and consume your thoughts. You have to let it go. This forum has given me connection with others that feel the same. Pray the other two will be found alive and we can all learn what transpired on the mountain that lead us to this point of discussion and concern for the climbers and thier families. Thanks to ALL invloved with the SAR! And thanks to all on this site for your input.

  3. Absolutely! Great response! Pay attention to what unfolds and learn! Once you know the facts or as close to the facts as we can get, take that with you when you leave and ask questions find the best answers you can and apply it.

  4. Obviously we all have to wait and let this unfold. Everyone has excellent opinoions about what we saw and heard today. However it has created many questions. One thing to keep in mind is that what you may think they did, and what could have happened, is usually based on logic. They may have been in a mental state that can come in these situations where the logical choices are not what always happens, and good judgement seams to be difficult (at best).

  5. There is a very good chance the family knows who it is and also there is a very good chance there are pictures. However, it is good judgement to not report at this time. It is common practice never give out a persons name that may be injured or deceased over the radio at anytime. The family knows.....
