Myxomatosis

I'm a college student back on Xmas break and am looking for some solid cascade winter alpine climbs to do before I return back east for school. I'm not too technically proficient, so I'm looking for some non-tech alpine ascents(Red Mt?), but would be more than willing to attempt something more challenging(possibly Rainer, Olympus, or Baker if the weather abliges).
