I wear a men's size 10 to 10.5 US with normal width. What size Koflach Expe boots would anyone recommend?

I wear a size 10.5 US shoe, I haven't tried on the Scarpas however. Would the size 11 be too big...honesty please? Plus, how scuffed are we talking and are the boot inserts included?
