BTW: Does anyone know any other cool 5.8-5.10 routes in the Prusik Peak area, preferrably ones with chimneys and offwidths?

Wow...There are a lot of people into the pain/pleasure of day trips in the Enchantments. A friend and I did a 17.5hour car-to-car on the south face on saturday July 10. With all the grunting chimneys and off-width, the route reminded me of Castletown tower in southern Utah. We came in via Snow Lakes. I have never done the other approach and I don't know anything about it. I really liked the Snow Lakes hike. It's certainly long, but it's great to have such a great route that requires no bushwacking or loose scree on the approach or descent. But with all that said, I probably won't do it again any time soon.

Good evening everyone.....I am looking for a big cam. I have a #4 camalot and I'm looking for the next size up (with no interruption in service). I'm thinking of a Black Diamond #5 camalot or something equivalent or slightly larger. Perhaps a #6 friend would suffice. I'm not looking to pay full price so I post here looking for a break. Howdy folks. I'm heading up to the south face or west ridge of Prusik Peak this weekend. Is there still significant snow near the lakes? How would I do up there in running shoes?

Howdy Yall One of my friends is flying out to Seattle. If weather permits, we'll be Squamish June 19-26 or so. We'll be climbing stuff like the grand wall and other 510s and 511s. Only cracks. He climbs 512 sport and 511 gear with comfort. I climb 510 sport and 510 gear. The point here is that I'll need some help wearing him out. Hey everyone....i have 3 pairs of rock shoes that need resoling. I'm looking for a place in seattle, relatively inexpensive, relatively fast, relatively good job. I don't need a super sporty job- just something for my all day shoes....Any ideas anyone ...Thanks in advance
