I've been in mine in 60 mph winds on Shuksan, in a thunder and lightning and downpour in Boston Basin, and a snowstorm on Eldorado. It handled everything fine- the wind blew it over every time it gusted but it would stand right back up after it passed. I'd go for it.

I received a ton of maps from Recycled and picked out a few I'd like but there are still a bunch left. Most are of Puget Sound low lands and foothills. Send me postage (15.00 ) and I'll forward them on.

Does anyone know the easiest route to either Liberty or Big Bear ? After spending 5 hours crashing through the brush trying to get to Windy Pass, I decided there has to be an easier way. Thanks
