Packs to 9” x 21”. Stuffsack NOT included. Manufactured in USA. I encourage you to see Feathered Friends' website on this bag. Design hasn't changed since it was purchased in 2009: Snowy Owl This sleeping bag has never been used. I purchased it in January 2009 from Feathered Friends for a Denali expedition that never materialized. It has not seen one night of sleep (a sad tale, but it needs to be at least -20F to even make sense). It has been stored in its cotton storage bag and has not lost any loft. My life has taken new turns and I don't see myself using this bag. I'd rather see it go to an aspiring or experienced mountaineer. Anyone seriously looking at this bag should know this is a high quality product and Feathered Friends is one of the best down garment manufacturers on the planet. Contact me at 575-779-2111 Bowe
  2. New on the list, figured I knew enough of you gumbies to finally get my in here. I'm on my way out to Nepal from Dec to Apr. I'll be trekking out there for the winter but thinking about dragging my gear out there for reasons that need no words. Is anyone headed out there and interested in climbing??? I'm thinking about climbing anything from Island Peak to Ama Dablam. It's kinda my style not to do one of those guided goat-ropes, but I'd be ok with hiring a local guide if it's a personal trip with solid climbers. And hey, if you've been there and have an endorsement (guides, mountains, lively corners of Kathmandu) just shoot em here or via my email bowe@earthlink.net! Toots!
