Anyone have recommendations on footwear for mt triumph ne ridge approach and climb? I was thinking about going light, taking gore-tex trail runners with light crampons and rock shoes. I would like to hear some thoughts from anyone who has made the approach and climb on whether this is a good or bad idea.

What do you cc'ers think about tiblocs as a substitute for prussiks in glacier travel equipment-z drag set-up?

Are they really dry bags? Just because they have a roll top doesn't mean they are waterproof. What really is the advantage of these packs?
