i'm going up to the alpine lakes region and will have the opportunity to scramble/climb mt daniels from the south side, near venus and spade lake. beckey's book talks of a route on the south spur, with very little detail. does anyone have detail on this route and what to expect as a solo effort ?

a group of climbers, scramblers and hikers are going up to the enchantments begining friday july 27th and leaving on monday the 30th of july. we do have enough permits for one more person, perhaps someone who might want to climb prusik peak and surrounding picks. three people in party would call themselves climbers, capable but a little rusty on pro but do know how to do the basics safely and could grunt up 5.7 plus with a little encouragement. a varied group of people, with different ages, so we do want someone who tries to get along with everyone. let me know soon.
