I have a Bibler Fitzroy tent. Took it to Denali for 25 days last year, had it in 60 mph winds on Rainier and so on. It is the most bombproof tent I have ever seen. Yes, they are a lightweight tent. If they added another 3 pounds to the tent it would be made out of more durable material but then why not buy a double wall tent. After owning a Bibler, I will NEVER buy another brand tent ever for use in the northwest.

Do you think I could really road trip with some guy for a couple months? I would go crazy. No offence intended, but after climbing Denali with one other person, a girl, it is hard to imagine going on a long trip with a guy. A girl who can haul ass better than I can makes climbing so much more fun. If you have never tried it, do so sometime. See what you have been missing out on.

Looking for someone (female) to go on a road trip around the US to do mountaineering and rock climbing in the summer of 2002 for an extended amount of time. May also include Western Canada and Alaska.
Most any experience level is ok as long as you are willing to take time off work, have fun climbing your ass off and seeing the US.
