Clamps to the bicycle's handle bars, cradles the seat, cinching it down with webbing straps. Adjustable to the length of the top tube. Has Thule locks but key is lost. Replacement keys available through Thule. Used in good shape and fully functional. 2 available. Asking $20.00 per carrier plus shipping fee's. Weight is 3 lbs 15 oz per unit.
