I had the bag modified by a professional gear repair company to include a light bug mesh and short waterproof zipper for easier access. All modifications were taped and seam-sealed. I have young kids so don't get out solo anymore and haven't even used the bag - time to clean out the gear closet! •Length is 88in / 224cm. Fits tall people (6ft. 6in.) or those who want to store gear in the toe. •Girth is 72in / 183cm at the chest, 64in / 163cm at the hip and 52in / 132cm at the toe.
