N.White Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 (edited) My climbing partner just bailed on me, plan was tommorrow and Saturday OR Saturday Sunday for a climb up the DC route of Mount Rainier. I made an attempt on Rainier mid July but we had to turn around at 13000 because rope members had altitude sickness, I was feeling good and itching to summit. I still am itching to summit that mountain! Weather is perfect on the mountain and RMI got a group to the summit 9/10. And I believe there is 5 or 6 ladders. Tell me your experience, crevasse rescue, glacier travel. Looking forward to getting on the mountain. Mount Rainier is calling!!
