WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Partner wanted for ice climbing trip 2/4 - 2/14

Recommended Posts

I'd love to find an ice climbing partner for a trip to Canmore or Cody for part or all of the week between 2/4 and 2/13. I'm in Seattle and would love to connect with someone in WA but would be interested in meeting up with anyone already in those areas or anywhere along my route. Hit me up if you have time/interest and want to talk about details. I'm open to other ideas as well. c.cox.42 At gmail

a group of eastside oldfarts are headed to the Parkway on 2/14, returning 2/22. that's a week later than your specified period, but if you can swing the schedule switch, you're welcome to join us.

Same here, staying at Hostel Bear.

All, stay in touch, perhaps we can arrange for Ghost visit(s), and what not.

The Hostel Bear is for tourists, you want the CAC Hostel. That's where the climbers go. You can get beta and hook up with other climbers.

It's pretty close to town and the rates are the same if not cheaper. Plus they have gear drying racks and maps and books etc.

Thanks for the invitation Haireball. Unfortunately my days off are not flexible this time or I would take you up on the offer. Have a great trip.
