jrwclimbs Posted June 11, 2013 Share Posted June 11, 2013 Had a great time on Shuksan this weekend. Got caught up in the brushy/bushwhack descent while enjoying too much boot glissading. I found a Grivel axe and a Thermarest pad in the bush that some previous soul had battled! The pad was mighty water-logged, so not sure if it's usable again or not. The axe needs some TLC. I'd love to hear this climber's story! And sadly, once to the car, realized my camera likely got yanked out of my pocket in the bushwhack, too. It's a small, blue Canon point and shoot. Lots of photos on there I'd love to get... the reward may be the camera if found! The mountains giveth, and they taketh away, too!
