tvashtarkatena Posted April 24, 2013 Share Posted April 24, 2013 (edited) An abrasion proof plastic like polypropylene (whitewater kayaks) or acetal (fastex) would work. Tool organizer trays for the back of a car or blown out pickup truck liner - that kind of thing, would probably get you closer to what the mfgr's actually use for the real thing. They only lasted for a couple climbs and weren't as effective as the rubber ones on my M12's. May be because those old BD's were cookie-cutters...
