Join us for the Injury Prevention seminar by Kevin Piasecki! Kevin is a physical therapist and an experienced climber. He will discuss climbing overuse injuries and exercises designed to help avoid such injuries. Class format will be half lecture, half participation. Participants should bring an exercise mat or large towel and come dressed for movement (no tight jeans). Previous injuries or climbing experience not required! Registration necessary.
