PSA: Mountain Equipment Sample Sale.

Just went this morning. Awesome deals. Pro shell jackets that retail for $550 were on sale for $150 ish. This may not be a well known brand, but they have been around for a long time in the UK. The quality in my opinion is as good or better than Arc'teryx. Details below.

We are really loaded up right now as the Mountain Equipment product line has changed significantly for next year, allowing us to sell stuff at super low prices. We will be selling our samples at 50-90% off retail prices. It is an assortment of sales samples, returns and demo items.

 

The samples are production quality but we are unable to sell them at retail or to retailers due to being sample product and having been pulled in and out of bags for a year or two. Some of the samples may have tiny defects/stains due to being touched by lots of people or be slightly different from production models.

 

 

We will be selling the following:

 

GORETEX: Pro Shell, Active Shell, Performance Shell, Paclite, Softshell. We have 100+ jackets for sale in this category, everything from ultra-light running jackets to burly mountain parkas. This is where the biggest discounts are, most jackets are 70% off retail. Compare to Arcteryx and/or Patagonia.

 

Synthetic insulated: ski jackets and belay jackets. Compare to Patagonia DAS parka, Feathered Friends.

 

Down: Parkas, Jackets, Sweaters, Vests. Everything from 8000m oriented jackets to ultralight down sweaters. We build some of the best down products in the world, supplying many major expeditions for high altitude travel.

 

Softshell: Pants, Jackets, Vests. Gore Windstopper and non-membrane.

 

Summer Items: t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, shorts, pants.

 

Hats and Gaiters: Merino Wool hats, Goretex Gaiters.

 

Also, some random used items, Colltex climbing skins, backpacks.

 

Samples are mostly Men's Large and Woman's Medium, with a random assortment mixed in. Looking for the perfect gift for your wife/husband?
