This fits a smaller torso'ed individual. Its older and they don't make this particular model any more but there is more info here Its a tad dusty but no worse for wear. Has ski slots, side pockets, and gear loops on the waist belt. $75 or best offer. I live in Seattle. email works best but will try to check here and PM's occasionally. Thanks.
