Second Ascent is kicking off this event with a slideshow by Mr. Nicholson himself, chronicling his story of climbing 59 of the best routes himself for guidebook accuracy as well as 20 never before published climbs. Books will be available at a significant promotional discount. Ian's show will be followed by a performance by his good friends, the Struggles - an outdoor industry punk & rock band of climbers, skiers and guys working for the likes of Gore, Cascade Designs, Petzl, Second Ascent and more. Performing bi-annually in Salt Lake City at the Outdoor Retailer Show over the years, these guys have been known to get people slamming! Come on out and support your local climbers!
