easternjmeker Posted September 15, 2012 Share Posted September 15, 2012 Hey, I know this is late notice, but I'm visiting from out of town and my partner for doing the normal route on Rainier this coming weekend just broke his foot. Anybody interested in giving either DC or Emmons route a go, leaving tomorrow morning from Seattle and coming back on Sunday night? The forecast is great for this weekend! I have alpine and mountaineering experience and all the gear needed. Alternatively, if anyone is going up Rainier this weekend and wouldn't mind a third person on their rope, that would be great. Really good swell!
