WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Rock Climbing

Recommended Posts

I'm on Vacation in the Seattle area until mid-july - I'm not familiar with all of the local crags but I'd love to get out and do some climbing, or even just find some belay buds for the gym. I don't climb hard stuff (I'm only about 5.6-5.7), but if you want to lead I have no problem with cleaning by going up the rope with ascenders. I've got a ton of gear, including full sets of nuts, hexes, and cams.

I'd also love to do some multipitch stuff just for the experience, as long as you lead and I go up the rope with ascenders I'm cool. I've also got pulleys and a lot of other rope gear.

Also looking for belay partners to go to a climbing gym for some quickies.

I'm available most days including weekdays - PM me if interested.
