We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Climbing Partners needed

Recommended Posts

Greetings! After injuring my shoulder earlier this year and dragging my housemate and husband up Dog Mountain in the gorge, I decided I needed to climb 6 mountains in 6 monthes. Dog Mountain counted for April, I found a friend of a friend to do St. Helens with me in May, which was awesome, now I need some companions for the coming monthes. I live in Portland, have wheels, and am willing to be the driver. I am hoping to find someone interested in doing Mt. Adams in June, and then I need suggestions and companions for the following monthes. I have done some rockclimbing in gyms, but nothing super technical. Due to my work commitments, things doable with a two day span would be great, Thanks!
