WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

New guy in Tacoma looking for climbing partner

Recommended Posts

I'm moving to Tacoma in a week and I don't know anyone in the area that climbs, so I'm reaching out and trying to find some new partners.

I'm 28 and I'm open to just about anything: rock, ice, mixed, mountaineering, and any sort of racing (running, biking, AR).

If you've got a weekend trip coming up, let me know. I've done solo stuff before, but I'm not dumb enough to do that anymore.

Email me directly: james.michael.perkins@gmail.com

Thanks,

Jim

Welcome to the area Jim. I'll keep you in mind for upcoming trips.

I'm also at Edgeworks a couple times a week if you want to do any rainy day plastic pulling.
