alright, per sobo's link, the lapel pin is legit - reckon it just pimps out the standard western businessman uniform of presidents - i'd prefer to see them wearing a denny's hostess getup, personally...

(j) No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform. However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen, and members of patriotic organizations. The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing. Therefore, the lapel flag pin being a replica, should be worn on the left lapel near the heart.

seriously, what a fucking pain in the ass it is to try to get teenage chicks not to dress like sluts/callgirls/courtesans (all that matters is their income level)... ...it's such madness hardly any reasonable person can think - mostly i just try to keep my eyes focused on that back wall

ivan, I present to you your anthem. Learn it... know it... live it...

Thank you for your typically valuable contribution, Petey. Must be time to arrange your fingernail clipping jars now.

Well, since your question was apparently asked to recent immigrants I would think its important to phrase your question in a way that doesn't imply that the job of the Supreme Court is to make policy.

However, arranging fingernail clipping jars is a pretty good analogy for most legal analysis.
