I am hoping to find some excellent snow and climb some major peaks in Washington this winter/spring. I telemark ski, have avalanche training, gear and have weekends available to go anywhere within 3-4 hours of Seattle. There are some great ski tours and ice climbs on some small peaks around here that might just blow your mind. I'm going to plug Turns-All-Year.com because there is a pattern of where people go and if you can learn it, you won't have any problem finding a partner. We can try with one easier climb like Adams or the like (long, but no crevasses). We can go up from there.
