AlpineMonkey
http://villagehomesandproperties.com/featured-listings/154188 $7,000,000 I tried to find a larger pic of the developer map in the listing, but couldn't. This may or may not have impacts on Frenchman Coulee climbing. Edited November 4, 2011 by AlpineMonkey

Adam Watts
If that is vantage/Frenchman Coulee that is very much an access issue! We can't have vantage gone!!
mountainmatt
Wow! The photos make it look like its a large portion of the climbing area. I emailed the guy for more information.
stevetimetravlr
Well if you had 100 people each weekend taking a dump on your property, you probably would want to sell it to. Time for a call to the Access Fund!
num1mc
This looks like a revival of a plan which was discussed a number of years ago. It shouldn't be difficult to go to the county's web-site, and get the property information, likely including a google earth image, from their assessors office. Most counties use iMap. Should take about four minutes with a fast computer. I don't have four minutes right now
num1mc
http://grantwa.mapsifter.com/default.aspx Their system is a little more ponderous than the iMap I have used in the past. It looks like the entire main areas are safe. Some areas north of the old highway are privately held All the photographs are scenic views with a little real estate artistic license. Imagine that Edited November 4, 2011 by num1mc
