B Deleted_Beck
i haven't had much interest in this mountain, but i read an old TR from mazama glacier headwall route, and it sounds like a pretty righteous day climb.. what kind of conditions can a guy expect right now on the SE corner of the mountain? how is adams for rockfall in low snow conditions? how is this route generally for rockfall? etc.. thanks

ArmchairClimber
Anybody been up on Adams recently? RS says snow is patchy at 6100 feet. How much snow did you encounter? May head up Saturday morning to Lunch Counter, weather permitting.
pcg
Anybody been up on Adams recently? RS says snow is patchy at 6100 feet. How much snow did you encounter? May head up Saturday morning to Lunch Counter, weather permitting. I was walking on snow at 5250 in Goat Rocks on Saturday, 4" at 6000' and I turned back for lack of crampons at 7000' where it was a foot deep and icy in spots. However, on Sunday there was no sign of recent snow on summit of Pinnacle in the Tatoosh at 6250'. Here's a pic of Adams from Saturday...
