olyclimber
my favorite qoute on the geek site: Having climbed in college (certified too), I'd always pretty much believed that non-climbers having carabiners on their keychains was tool-highlighter. chris54
So simple. I'm amazed this hasn't already been invented.
rob
From the looks of it, it looks like they have two models. The "Gridlock" appears to have a little notch like on saftey/via ferreta gear (to protect the sling from metal cables.) Is that what that is? The "Rocklock" doesn't have this feature. BootsandPants
It will be interesting to see how it holds up in practical use. I wonder how easy it is to clean the magnets. I'm sure that ferrous materials in dirt getting stuck in there will eventually reduce their ability to function properly.
olyclimber
and if you get caught in a magnetic storm your biners will start clacking away. possibly. not proven.
