Albuquerque Fred Posted June 7, 2011 Share Posted June 7, 2011 I'm passing thru CA June 15 - 17 (or so), was thinking about doing the Casaval Ridge route, preferably Wed/Thurs. Comfortable soloing but would prefer to have a partner. I have done Avy Gulch, looking for something a little more interesting. If anyone out there has been looking at something else I'd probably be game. I have a lot of Colorado 14er experience, some glacier, trad, and ice climbing experience as well. The weather is looking pretty good for both 15th to 16th and thinking about climbing Casaval solo myself. (I might go for 14th and 15th, but might able to adjust to your plan) Are you going to be on skis or mtn boots? I'm driving up from San Francisco.
