We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

There are two shrunds that are opening up but had good snow bridges on 7/4. Prouty Glacier showed no signs of crevasses.

Was up there Sunday (7/9)

Traverses were in good shape, solid snow in early day, softer later.

Bowling alley is pretty icy with a small section of water ice near the top. Good enough to take screws in numerous parts.

Here are some shots:

Terrible Traverse

Bowling alley. Should be clear in a week of so, Ice wasnt great, certainly climbale though.

climbed N and Middle sisters 7/22. N was clear of snow until the pretty easy traverse and the quiet bowling alley. avoid the southeast ridge like the F***ing plague though, it sucks
