pu
Hey folks. I'll be making my first trip to squamish this coming summer and I am curious how easy/hard it is to find folks to climb with up there. I will likely be on my own for a few days and could use some beta. Also, where should I camp. Thanks, Joe
rocketparrotlet
I had the same experience this summer. I found some people to climb with in the Smoke Bluffs alone, but I spent a lot more time waiting than climbing. I'm sure that if you post for a partner somewhere you'll find one though. You can camp at the Chief campsite, there'll be a sign pointing towards it. $5 a night or if you're really cheap you can camp in the boulders, but it's not encouraged. -Mark
climbercam
There are message boards at the chief campground and at the bluffs parking lot. Will you have a vehicle?

climbercam
Ok, then you can camp for free on the mamquam FSR (left of the apron parking lot)
