WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

WTB AT setup

Recommended Posts

So this is the year…. I am tired of seeing you guys out cruising around in the back country while I wallow in my snow shoes. I image you guys back at the car sipping on a cold one while I am still hours out. I have had it so I am looking for a good and relatively cheap alpine touring set-up. I’m 5’11” if that helps.

Agreed, if anyone has an intro tele setup for someone around 180lbs size 12.5 I'd be greatful. Snowshoeing sucks, particularly on the way down.

I have a pair of Silvretta Pure Free Ride bindings size medium, with wide 90mm brakes. These are great for mountaineers, since they fit both mountaineering and AT boots. Used, good condition. $150.00 is a fair price. Here are some pictures below!DSCN1573.JPGDSCN1571.JPGDSCN1568.JPG

What size boot are you looking for?

I have two pairs of boots i'm looking to sell:

I also have an un-molded pair of Intuition liners (model: Alpine) I'd like to sell.
