Lucky Larry Posted September 28, 2010 Share Posted September 28, 2010 (edited) Trip: Smith Rock -Detour - many Date: 9/16/2010 Trip Report: 9.16 late arrival w/lostcam K, rain, beer. 9.17 rain, beer, climbing movies. 9.18 rain, hike, otters spotted in crooked river, beer and burgers by Next Adventure; raffle, climbing movies 9.19 cloudy, breakfast by climbers for Christ, raffle, people leave and sun comes out, climb w/Yoder. 9.20 brilliant sunrise, climb w/Yoder then Lostcam, beer 9.21 climb w/lostcam, beer. Say goodbye to Josh and Darrin from climbmax, donate a case of beer for the cause/hospitality. Short version: families, children, babies, friends, food, raffles, movies, comps, DJ, Reps, good times for all even in the warm rain. Be there next year; it will be even better: I've been told. Somewhere, I lost a day of climbing and my smokes but won four raffles.
