Typical Elevation to get above Clouds on Rainier

I am planning to hike up to camp Muir sometime this weekend and wanted to know what was the typical elevation that one has to reach to get above the clouds? Last week the entire hike on paradise was super foggy and visibility was at most 30 feet. I want to know because hiking in low visibility isn't that much fun.

I usually find that once I am 100' above (or below) the clouds I can see pretty good. Of course that can happen at any elevation.

Low viz hiking is actually better than when it is clear. With low viz you do not have time to get scared before walking off a cornice. It just happens. Kinda like shit happens.
