I'm in good shape (did 3000'+ climbs every weekend for the last month and I swim or surf every day), have the 10 essentials plus ax, crampons, helmet and have climbed other similar non-tech peaks. I'd like to do it in 1 day. I'd rather listen to someone else, but I'm happy to talk about stuff like the 5K w/22 wine-tasting stops I just did.
