gun_arrr Posted June 24, 2010 Share Posted June 24, 2010 We're getting ready to attempt the South side route of hood this weekend and wondering if snowshoes are necessary for the lower part of the climb? Does the snow typically firm up overnight (or due to bootpack from previous days) to the point that snowshoes are not needed? Thanks!
