WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Yeah, The Pillar is more aesthetic to look at... and a longer continious pitch, but all the moves are the same for the most part. The Sword has laybacking, a cruxy rock over with the pro a ways below your feet... big exposure on huge jugs, then a short enduro corner to finish. so sick!

G- He wore his old shittier shoes for the walk down.... he didnt want to carry his skate shoes in the pack, although it would have gone along well with the jeans and the beer we had on top of the Pillar ;)

Hiking down from the chief with no headlamp must have been a bag of suck.

.

I stubbed my toe wearing flip-flops... and it took an hour and a half longer tahn it should have. Thats about it.... it waas actually dark when we got to the crawl section of Belygood right before the end... that was really scary in the dark!

Nice work fellas! Thats' a pretty quality line for your first multi... hope you're not disappointed with what comes after!

Marc, looks like your partner is hauling a second line that's just laying flaked below him - in case you guys needed to bail? I've never done this, works alright?
