(Internet/Water/Garbage included) No CATV. The house is located off of Mt. Si Road near the Mt. Si trailhead. The master bedroom is on the ground level with the garage. The rest of the living area and bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. I have plenty of space in the garage for climbing gear, bicylces, skis, etc. Pets okay on case by case basis. No smoking.
