jmace
Hey I have never been and was thinking about making a trip South to check it out this weekend. Is it too early for routes on the east face of Liberty Bell, like Freedom Rider and/or other nearby routes? And if it is a go do I pick up a parking pass beforehand somewhere or the Park entrance? Thanks for the beta Cheers
Pete_H
It's not in the park. No pass needed. I would bet east faces are good to go.
NoahT
West faces were good to go as of a couple weekends ago. The occasional snow patch in the shade, oozing drippy-ness, but otherwise clear. N
Duchess
You don't need parking passes in the park either.
jshamster
But, last I checked, you do need a NW Forest Pass for Blue Lake parking. You can get that at the ranger station in Sedro Wooley, and probably Marblemount as well. Cheers. Jimbo
goatboy
Or, park a little ways away and hike to the parking lot. But yes, technically, you do need a parking pass for Blue Lake TH.
KingsMM
Definatly can get them at Sedro-Wooley, Marblemount, and Blue Lake TH (Day Pass only). $5/Day $30/Year Pass.
