There's an old Bill Cosby routine where he justifies to his wife his feeding of chocolate cake to the kids for breakfast. Something to the effect of "it's got milk and eggs, which are common for breakfast. It's got flour, which goes into pancakes, which you have for breakfast, it's got sugar, that's in cereal...", etc. Probably on you tube, but I'm too lazy to find it and post it.
