I thought this was going to be another link to the video of that guy running Palouse Falls...

"Lighter Tag"? Jeezuz. Unfortunately, he's not eligible for a Darwin Award because, as stupid as he is, he failed to remove himself from the gene pool. If he dies of his injuries, then he qualifies. But as it is, this guy is still capable of reproducing and passing on his abundant idiocy genes to another generation :noway:

Survivors can be nominated.

Heres one: http://cbs3.com/topstories/Beer.Keg.Explosion.2.1013856.html

"Bucks Co. Teen Injured By Exploding Keg

SELLERSVILLE, Pa. (CBS 3) ―

The incident happened Monday afternoon in a wooded area in Sellersville, Bucks County.

A popular stunt often seen on the internet sent a Pennsylvania teen to the hospital with serious injuries.

The incident happened Monday afternoon in a wooded area in Sellersville, Bucks County.

According to police, a 16-year-old suffered severe facial injuries after a keg was tossed into a fire pit. The fire caused the keg to explode and fly in various directions...."

Better candidate for the Darwin Award is this fatality:

"SIERRA VISTA — A Phoenix man is dead after accidentally shooting himself in the head, a Sierra Vista police detective said Monday.

Samuel Benally Jr., 26, reportedly put a 9 mm pistol to his head, pulled the trigger and “accidentally shot himself,” detective Tim Wachtel said Monday afternoon.

“He was talking about gun safety,” the detective said.

Benally was visiting a man and a woman, both adults, in their apartment in the 600 block of Graham Drive.

While it is presumed Benally thought the weapon was unloaded, an investigation is continuing to determine all the facts involving the incident, the Sierra Vista detective said.

The incident occurred around 1:16 a.m. Sunday and the victim was flown to University Medical Center in Tucson where he was declared dead at 2:41 a.m."

Ya, and the lives of his family members and possibly to distant relatives but only if they hadn't already reproduced. Besides, if his fault is genetic you can't rightly hold him responsible, for example, if he has a congenital defect. Maybe the Darwin Award should be called the Social Darwinism Award.
