octopuswithafez Posted April 21, 2009 Share Posted April 21, 2009 (edited) Approach : Via B-G trail, fixie used for additional difficulty Gear : Allen wrenches for loose holds Impressions: Nice set up with climbing wall with a mix of cracks, pockets, bolt-ons, and a chimney w/ chockstone. A separate boulder area which pales in comparison to say UW rock but definitely fun. The landing area is shredded rubber. Downside is that the area has no noon - early afternoon shade with a southern exposure. The Enterprise wall heats up pretty quickly ( even with temps in the low 70s today ). O One of the Basic instructors was there and let me peek inside the climbing wall. A couple of ladders lead up to trap doors on top. Seeing that I live mid-way between UW rock and the Mounties, this at least gives me some variety...
