      WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

      We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Ski Partners needed for the Mt. Baker Backcountry.

My ski partner of many years has become a sled head, I'm in search of new partners. I can get out mid week as well as week ends.

I have "spring break and am interested in skinnin and skiin anywhere really, maybe a night or two of snow camping if it works out, Was invesztigating Goat Rocks but found out the road may be clo0sed. My break is from March 28th- April 5th.

Stewster et al,

 

I'm just getting into backcountry tele, and am in Portland. Would love to get turns every weekend possible. Goin to Denali in June and must train. Goat Rocks, Hood, Jefferson, wherever. I have basic avy training, car, gear, and solid roped travel skills. Drop me a PM.

Weekends are key! I will splitboard with skiers any time (as long it's on the weekend.) us workin'stiffs need refuge too...
