I heard that that was on the menu when I left the state in '98, but I've been hoping that Forest Service regs or something of that sort would stymie the move and the area would retain it's hike-in only character. They want to put lifts into all the areas that people hike in and close off access to the backcountry from the ski area. Fuckin lame ass corporate fucks they should all go back to the midwest.
