We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Are you interested in showing the ropes to an apprentice 43 years old in very good shape in rock climbing also looking for partners to do Rainier and other peaks . I want to get into this community and keep learning ..Dan

Richard , Dan L. again since I last wrote I finished those classes and field trips and followed on the "Tooth" I know it is a basic climb but I really changed my mind about rock . I plan on getting into it as much as glaciers and would like to keep getting experience . Interested in Guye Peak or any other peaks at that level? . P.S. The tooth wasn't that much of a challenge I'm ready to try more .......Dan
