WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

So I climb 5.7-5.9 comfortably, have done the requisite Liberty Bell, Mt Stuart, Rainier, Constance, et al. I want to do W. Ridge Forbidden, Vesper Peak, Wilmans' Spire, etc. I have wheels, tons of pro, ropes, and time. Boy do I have time. Now I need to find someone to hold the other end of the rope. Not interested in 5.12b as much as alpine ambience. Prefer trad to sport.

Whats up Mike, Indeed I share your liking of a more alpine feel. I have done quite a bit of that in the sierra range but am new to the washington area and would like to explore. My nights off are wed. and fri. but im sure i can swap with someone with a little notice as well. Im not sure if this displays adress so in case zinful1@hotmail.com my name is Brandon.

If you have time maybe you would like to make some dough humping gear for us to Muir this Sunday. Let me know.
