hafilax Posted October 23, 2008 Share Posted October 23, 2008 I've messed around with trying to do that stuff but I'm either missing something in the technique or my guitar setup is way to bad. Probably a combination of both. I've heard another recording of the same style and the songs sound very much the same. It seems like you're stuck in one key due to the open tuning and reliance on ringing open strings. Reminds me of the Chapman Stick.
