Specifically, I was wondering if the snow finger leading up to the west ridge notch has melted out yet. Anyone been up there recently? Thanks in advance. siolanthe Posted August 25, 2008 Share Posted August 25, 2008 This is a bit outdated, but I was up there on August 6th, and the snow was still intact heading from Terror Basin up to W. McMillan. Brought ropes, but ditched them below the final snow slope because everything looked solid. On the other hand, the glacier that runs under East McMillan was pretty broken up...
